TPS is granted for citizens of certain countries coming to the United States seeking safer living conditions. Once clients are approved for TPS, they are allowed to live and work in the United States temporarily. Heiderscheidt Law Group assists between 10-15 clients a week with their TPS applications. After applying for TPS, clients must wait between 6-8 months for their application to be approved.
